Fabricio Coloccini is in demand and Real Madrid and Barcelona face tough competition from Premier League sides if they are to prise him away from Deportivo, according to his agent.
The Argentinian centre-back is set to leave the Galician club this summer despite coach Miguel Ángel Lotina being keen for the player to remain at the club.
Depor's financial constraints mean that a large fee for Coloccini could balance their books for next season and the trainer understands that without the sale his ability to strengthen would be limited.
Agent Marcelo Lombilla admits that along with waiting for clubs in Spain, he has been travelling to England to discuss his client's future with two sides that are preparing to cement their interest.
"There are to important teams willing to pay a very good amount. The two clubs are very serious in their interest. If not I would not be going backwards and forwards to England," he explained.
"There are teams in Spain that are also interested, but one must be slightly patient."
A fee of €20m was mentioned by Depor president Augusto Lendoiro when news that Coloccini could be leaving first cam out, but the club will accept a fair amount lower for the defender.
